She helps mission-driven organizations, governments, and coalitions turn values into measurable results through strategic planning, facilitation, and program management rooted in equity and collaboration.

Throughout her career, she has partnered with local governments, foundations, and nonprofits across hundreds of cities to strengthen organizational systems, advance equitable policies, and build community capacity.

As a facilitator and strategist, Shawna is known for creating space for meaningful dialogue, aligning diverse stakeholders, and guiding organizations through complex change with clarity and empathy.

Trevor Jenkins is a strategic people operations leader with over 15 years of experience designing and scaling global talent, leadership, and organizational development initiatives across the enterprise, tech, and nonprofit sectors. As a trusted advisor to senior executives, he partners with organizations to build high-performing cultures, strengthen leadership pipelines, and translate complex workforce insights into actionable strategies.

His work integrates facilitation, coaching, and data-informed strategy to drive measurable growth and organizational alignment. Trevor has served in senior roles leading large-scale transformation, including Global Director of Inclusion at Puppet and Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Coyote Logistics (A UPS Company).
